  • Do I need to transfer my masternode collateral to the web wallet in order to run an instance?

    No. You just need to put your private masternode key ("masternode genkey" command) during the deployment process and start your masternode with your wallet after the deployment process is completed.

  • How do I create an account?

  • I forgot my password, what do I do?

    Your SHA-256 access key (password) can not be retrieved, you need to obtain a new key using the signup form.

  • How do I cancel an account?

    You can cancel your account at any time, by using the Support section of the customer panel.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept only Dextro coin (DXO) to purchase services.

    Through the "Login" button at the top right of the site, after entering your SHA-256 key access, you will gain access to the control panel of your account.
